"I am quite confident that Jonathan is among a small pool of elite agents in Austin. He pushed my wife and me to do what needed to be done to maximize the sale price of our home. He went further than any agent I’ve used in the past to make my wife and I feel truly cared for. To most agents, the sell your home feels like nothing more than a transaction, however, with Jonathan, I felt like he was invested in my family and our success. His knowledge derived from his time in construction proved to be invaluable. The cost we paid for him to sell our home and purchase our next seems like a drop in the bucket compared to the level of service we received. Jonathan is my only agent moving forward."

"Over the past twelve years, we have been clients of Jonathan’s for two projects: a major renovation of a large (4,500 square feet) condominium apartment and the sale and marketing of a condominium unit. Both efforts were in Austin, Texas. The renovation project was complex with a budget of two million dollars. Jonathan served as project manager. His attention to detail and service-oriented approach to all aspects of the two-year project proved invaluable. Especially noteworthy was Jonathan’s ability to work through problems with varied parties in an efficient manner. His positive energy and can-do attitude resulted in a successful effort. Jonathan completed the project on time and on budget. We sold the property before it actually went on the market and the sales price set a record for the building. The second project was a condominium unit at the W Hotel Residencies. We bought, renovated, and sold the unit with Jonathan serving as our real estate agent and project manager. His negotiation skills, both representing us as buyers and sellers, were excellent. His responsiveness and positive spirit made the experience trouble-free. This was especially significant to us since we were out of state the majority of the time. During both projects, we gained respect and confidence in Jonathan’s professional skills and, even more, important to us, his high standard of ethical behavior. We developed, very early in our relationship, a strong sense of trust in his abilities. We trusted in his decision-making, management of the overall projects, and his oversight of the budget. Jonathan never let us down, and in fact, he always exceeded our expectations."
